My birthday is only in 9 months people
Our oven is still broken but I could not take any more Sundays without baking, so I made rice krispie treats
Last Sunday I finally felt like baking again but I went a bit baking mad! I made a loaf of bread, parmesan and rosemary rolls, chocolate and beetroot cake, fudge and choc chip cupcakes with maple syrup icing and lemon cupcakes.
Probably a good thing I don’t live at my friend’s house any more. My diet would have been ruined with all this deliciousness!
Up! cake
In honour of the fact that I can’t eat any of this tasty tasty stuff (except the Bounty, yuck) this week (I’m doing a detox diet type thing for a few days), here is a bunch of chocolates crafted out of cake. I think I may attempt something like this soon. I’m probably making some cupcakes at the weekend so I might do something similar but on a mini scale.
