Hi, I'm Laura. I'm 27, single and live in Cardiff. I'm an eater, a cook, a blogger, and a soon-to-be UX designer. I love TV, movies, rollercoasters, and dinosaurs. I have a stegosaurus tattooed on my foot, and leaves on my hip. Chances are you'll find this blog full of fluffy baby animals, delicious cakes and random musings about my day. I also run and moderate:
I totally forgot to post about how I finally got to go see The Muppets last weekend. It only just came out here so I’ve been waiting super impatiently since November to see it. It was so awesome. I just want to watch it all over again. I only cried twice which for me is like not crying at all; I was proud of myself.
On the whole I have very little desire to make cake pops.
But I have all of the desires to make bumblebee cake pops.
I keep seeing bakers do it that way on Cupcake Wars. But frankly I don’t think my cupcake batter would ever be firm enough to do it that way. I usually just use two spoons, or else I use my piping gun if I want them completely perfect.
I’m grinding up the terrible cookies from Monday so that I can mix them with butter and sugar to make a pie crust. BUT I don’t know what to fill it with. Pie doesn’t really like cheesecake, or banoffee pie, or peanut butter, and I’m not buying a whole bottle of creme de menthe to make a grasshopper pie, so I’ve now pretty much run out of ideas. Can anyone suggest another type of delicious pie with a chocolate cookie crust?
Now these are my kind of fortune cookies
